Yael Stone
Stone was born and raised to Sydney, Australia. She went to in the Newtown High School of the Performing Arts as well as The National Institute of Dramatic Art. Stone started acting when she was young, and was featured in films such as Me Myself I and the miniseries The Farm. At the 2008 Sydney Theatre Awards she was named Best Newcomer and with Best Supporting Actor for her work as a child actor in The Kid. In addition, she worked on TV and film, with roles as supporting actors in All Saints and Spirited. In 2010, she was a lead actor as a lead in The Diary of a Madman. The role won her a second nomination to the Sydney Theatre Awards as Best Supporting Actress. In February 2011 she flew in New York to perform in the Brooklyn Academy of Music's production The Diary of a Madman, before returning to principal roles in A Golem Story, Summer of the Seventeenth Doll, and As You Like It in Sydney.
